Attorney - Jason C. Amerine
Jason was born in Kansas City and graduated from Center High School. He attended Missouri State University where he received a B.S. in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales. Jason graduated from the University of Missouri - KC School of Law. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association; is licensed to practice in the Federal Courts of Missouri and Kansas; and is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Commercial Law Committee. Jason practices in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and personal injury. He is married and has one child.

Jeremy M. Hart
Attorney - Jeremy M. Hart
Jeremy grew up in the Kansas City area graduating from Tonganoxie High School. He received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Washburn University before receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri -KC. He is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations; is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas Federal Courts; and is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and a member of the Tort and Workers' Compensation Committees of the KCMBA. Jeremy joined Castle Law Office in June, 2004 and practices in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and personal injury. He is married and has one child.

Kimberly S. Athie
Attorney - Kimberly S. Athie
Kimberly S. Athie grew up in central Missouri. She graduated from Truman State University with a B.S. in Computer Science. Kimberly received her Juris Doctorate in 2003 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Kimberly is a member of the Missouri Bar and is licensed to practice in the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas Federal Courts. Prior to joining Castle Law Office in February 2008 Kimberly had worked as a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for almost five years. Kimberly practices exclusively in the area of consumer bankruptcy. She is married and has two children.

Mark E. Meyer
Attorney - Mark E. Meyer
Mark grew up on a family farm in Northeast Kansas and Northwest Missouri graduating from Buchanan R- 5 High School in Faucett, Missouri. He obtained his B.S. in English from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1999. Mark then went on to receive his law degree from the same institution in 2002. He is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Missouri and Kansas. He previously practiced in the areas of business law, estate planning, tax law, medical malpractice and products liability. Mark joined Castle Law Office in June of 2008 where his practice is focused on personal injury litigation. He is married and has two children.

Andrew C. Schendel
Attorney - Andrew C. Schendel
Andrew was born in Shawnee Mission and graduated from Blue Valley Northwest High School. He attended Michigan State University where he received a B.A. in Criminal Justice, with an emphasis in law. Andrew graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he participated in the Paul E. Wilson defender project, writing appeals for incarcerated clients. He is a member of both the Kansas & Missouri Bar Associations. Andrew joined Castle Law Office in October, 2008 where his practice is focused on personal injury litigation. Andrew is married and resides in Olathe, KS.

Ryan B. Patton
Attorney - Ryan B. Patton
Ryan was born in eastern Kansas and graduated from Emporia High School. He attended the University of Kansas where he received a B.A. in History. Ryan received his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and is licensed to practice in the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas Federal Courts. Ryan practices exclusively in the area of consumer bankruptcy.
